Use this drill at the start and end of a workout.
Start on the 5m, gun in the holster, arms at your sides. Pistol is loaded with a magazine of 10 rounds. Have one spare magazine with minimum 3 rounds.
Draw and fire 5 shots at each circle, perform a speed slide lock reload and fire 3 rounds shots at the center circle.All hits must be inside the circles.
This drill consists of two main manipulations, namely drawing fast and speed reloading. Shooting the 2x5 rounds as fast as you can, will give you a good indication of grip and recoil management. The drill also tests your mental clock during the transition from one of the big circles (speed) to the small circle (slowing down for precision).
